When the Stepped Cap is defined and auto generated by ABC Wizard in the Main module, Stepped will be automatically shown under Cap Shape in Pier Configuration under Geometry Tab.

Click Cap icon under Geometry Tab, a new window will pop up showing more detailed information on cap and steps. Height of steps is not considered in the cap design check.
